How do you share your children’s school art?
February 26, 2009
If you have children, you’ll know the look of pride on their faces when they come home from school and present their latest creations to you, looking for your approval. What you do with the artwork then depends on how good it is, and how large it is. Most art your children produce will fit nicely on the fridge, as that’s the standard framing system for children’s artwork.
Another way is to put it on the wall in your child’s bedroom, but just like the fridge, this can fill up very quickly. Your child of course would be happier if you placed their art on the wall in your living room, above the sofa, but often your décor won’t allow for that.
There is a way that you can turn your children’s artwork into genuine art, and have it displayed with pride in your home. You can scan the art into a computer, turning it into a digital image, and have it printed on canvas. When you turn your children’s artwork into canvas prints you’re making real art from their work, art that will look good in any home, and displayed on any wall.
