Don’t forget your camera on holiday
February 19, 2009
As the winter starts to subside, and the days get that little bit longer, it’s almost as if you can see summer on the horizon. You start to find it’s still light as you leave work, and the days don’t seem quite so chilly. It’s light when you wake up, summer is definitely on the way.
With that in mind, many people will be looking towards their summer holiday, or at least a mid spring break, to bring that air of optimism to their days. If you’re looking forward to a summer holiday, or even a city break to somewhere warm or exciting, don’t forget your camera. There’s nothing worse than being in a great place with great people and not having a camera at hand to capture the moment.
Holiday photos are special because they remind you of a fun time, somewhere where you’ll want to return to and with friends who you’ll want to see again.
What you do with these holiday photos is another matter though, as many people just keep them stored on a digital camera or transfer them to their PC to share online. Pictures are meant to be printed however, and it’s only when you print a photo that it comes alive. Printing a photo on paper, or printing a photo to canvas, is the best way to display your pictures and remember the great times you had.
